EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 17th October 2016. This means that you can now return online purchases up until 31st January 2017. Normal exclusions apply.

Returns of products purchased from this website may be made within 30 calendar days of goods receipt for a full refund of the cost of the product. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase.

 

The House of Marley will cover reasonable ground shipping fees only if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. This is valid for 6 months after your purchase.

To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Wearable items must be unworn.
