Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable unreal sound Love these headphones. So light you don’t feel any discomfort when wearing them ( which I usually do with other earphones). The sound is fab! So easy to use them on the go! Easy to set up also and I’m not a tech geek! Love it! Shonagh

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great earphones on the go A great sound for these earphones, much better volume quality than my other wireless earphones and controls are much easier to use as well. They pair up to my phone easily. The only small negative I have is that the ear buds seem to hurt a little bit after over an hours use but I do need to test them out with the smaller ear buds that they provide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality The battery life really lasts for a long time, sound quality above standard earphones, for wireless I think they are good but not as much bass as you would get with headphones. They are comfortable, just got to get the right angle for your ears . Overall worth buying, happy with my purchase

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok Not the easiest to fit. The microphone is at the back if you wear the headphones behind your neck

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Satisfied I bought tis a month ago lookig for somethig that would help with my workout sessions and i am happy it stays in my ears it has good bass and good highs. i would highly recomend this product from marly to anybody whow is just starting in working out or just need something for their runs. This product isn't as bad as the other revies make you think it. Again i would highly recomend it especialy when its on discount at your local tech store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice earphones I like everything in the product, but more bass is needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good headphones for running I wanted these for jogging, so I actually wanted them to not completely block out traffic noise which they don't. The battery lasts well, and they fit snugly with a good choice of both buds and wings. I find it impossible to feel the controls on the headphones, so easier to control from the phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good overall product. I received the House of Marley Uprise bluetooth headphones a few weeks ago and have used them for both day to day life and running, listening to a range of music and podcasts. To the untrained ear I found the overall sound quality good. The only issue I have found so far with the earphones is whilst running. There are a few niggling issues, especially when first wearing them to find the comfortable support so they do not fall out. The control bar is quite heavy so it can pull the earphones unevenly but once I played around with the clasp for cable this became a lot more comfortable. I general don't like wearing 'hanger' hooks over my ears whilst running but I found these were required so they would stay in my ear for a solid length of time. The fins do work but I felt I had to continuously keep readjusting them. Once you find your own comfort level and play around with the earphones I think they are good and they are perfectly sweat resistant and the battery life is good, however I have previously had cheaper earphones which stayed in my ears much better whilst exercising. The eco pros of this product are obviously a winner and it's great that the company is promoting sustainable manufacturing, this alone would increase the chances of me recommending them to a friend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound difficulty staying in These have great connectivity to your phone, easy to use (I’m a techno plonker) they look cool and the battery life is brilliant. The sound is very very good, the only problem is getting them in your ears! I don’t know if I’m being a total idiot, but I can’t get them to stay in any which way I try! Perhaps there should be instructions in to tell you how?!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid all-round features I chose this product as I was in need of a new pair of earbuds. I mainly use them when cycling during my commute. The sound is as expected, with a nice range, not too 'tinny' at louder volumes. Although I can hear the music fine I also hear the traffic which is appreciated. Comfort-wise I'd say they are 8/10, they have yet to fall out even when I'm looking around for traffic, even with the helmet on. The reason I say 8/10 is that the buds themselves feel awkward sometimes, I feel like I have to push them in fairly tight which can be uncomfortable sometimes. Overall I'd say I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Uprise for Music, not calls These headphones are great for everyday use wether to walk around town, work out in the gym, or just relax with some good music. They come with three different size ear plugs to fit your ear, and once fitted correctly will stay in without coming out no matter the activity. The tie in the back can be tightened to even help the buds stay in more. I have used these on my motorcycle and they stayed on even with the harsh wind. The only negative thing I have to say is that these are not good for use when calling. The person on the other line told me they could not hear me and that my voice was very low. I even switched around the microphone to the front and still no good. Also, the way these are built they have the volume controls in an awkward place behind the neck on the side of your left ear. This is difficult to see which button you are pressing and in relation to calling places the microphone that picks up your voice behind your head.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convenient but hard to set up I really wanted these headphones for exercise mainly, as I've have other wireless headphone in the past but they were heavy and bulky, so these are perfect for use while exercising as they are lightweight and small. The pouch they come with is super handy to keep the headphones and charger together, and means you can just chuck them in your bag without them getting lost and tangled up. I also really liked that they came with different size ear buds, as I find in-ear headphones start to hurt after a while, but these ones are really comfortable I would say that the instructions were not easy to understand at all. I really struggled to set them up, as I wasn't really sure when they were charged or not and I didn't really understand how to connect them to my phone from the tiny pictures in the instructions. The first time I set them it took me about half an hour, and it was quite confusing. So they aren't the most user friendly headphones. I found the sound quality good and the controls on the headphones also were really handy and worked well. Although I like these headphones, I feel the confusing set up due to lack of instructions and that they are not that simple to connect would stop me recommending to a friend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If I read reviews first I wouldn't have bought. Wow, how disappointing are these headphones. Pros: They are aesthetically pleasing, I love the look of them. The feel of the material is satisfying, it's well weighted and the texture of each component are those of quality. Nice oomph when you hold them. The sound is okay, not amazing but okay. Cons: Uncomfortable to wear, the "clips" always fall off or rotate on a strange angle. The mic volume is non existant and the cord is awkward. Not good for talking on a phone call nor for signing apps. I wish I chose a different set of Marleys :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It only looks good The sound is poor and the ears hooks falloff all the time. In voice call the microphone has poor quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible performance Earphones are terrible for phone calls. I have had mine for 3 months and the quality of the sounds is terrible! I was listening and to a song and suddenly the quality of the speakers go and then stops working entirely! Totally broken and I don't know why. So disappointed!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ear clips Bought this 3 months ago, i have almost lost the ear clips multiple times. they keep falling off.
Date published: 2019-03-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ear clips are garbage The sound quality and battery power are as expected but the ear clips are loose rubbish that tends not to stay on and falls off at random times. Given those clips are what make them sport viable as is they are unreliable and just a waiting game until one gets lost. Cute idea but bad design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy They work well whilst you have all the accessories the keep the pieces secured to your ear...but they come off very easily and Marley won't replace them or sell any replacements.. for this reason I not only wouldn't recommend buying the earphones but also from the company as they clearly cannot solve simple customer issues.. I imagine I'm not the only person who has had this issue

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor product. Zero value for money. Lately bought it for running, after many promises of the seller... These earbuds are not for running at all. It doesn't sit well in the ear so any slight noise disturbing + the sweat is gathered in the ear canal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I regret to buy this product, it is overpriced 1- I am a frenchman and my english is not good. 2- This product is not better. -the cord is to short; -the parts like the hook and others fall on the floor when you put the earphone and when you thake them off, event just when you manipulate them; -poor looking; -no instruction with the product or on web site: what's mean the lights flashing once or two times with repeats or not? I don't know, how you pare them? I don't know, what is the battery level? I don't know!; -I like to reach the Marley support by mail, but the page is blank; -The sound is not loud enough; -walking on the street you listen about nothing, the listenening stop by itself and the next song began and again and again, too much interference with others around; -after this everything is ok...!!!???

3-Button controls... for Android too or just Iphone?

Asked by: Sangre after reading this reply it does sound like the earbuds do work with Android phones.

I'm new to all this bluetooth stuff... will these pair with an iPodTouch? and then can I use them with my iPhone (like later in the day if you follow me) In other words can I have them paired with more than one device?

Asked by: LizzyB
Yup! The pairing information is kept on the music player device. You can connect to as many devices as you want, but can obviously only use one at a time.

How to know when my earbuds are fully charged?

Asked by: FelipeN
There is a red LED which indicated when the headphones are charging. The LED will turn off again once the battery is full.

Can the earphones be worn without the loop that goes over the ear (like in a common in-ear earphone)? Will they fall out? Thanks

Asked by: Sophie
Yes you can take the over ear loop off, just keep the smaller one on which you curl into your outer ear as that keeps it locked in tight for running, without both it feels a bit loose for me

Does the Uprise (model EM-FE063-BK) have a .pdf manual? The manual that comes with it is in tiny unreadable font, and I need something I can actually see.
