I have used them for around 3-4 hours minimum each day at least 6 days a week every week since I bought them. They have just broken and that's only really because I dropped them in front of my house and my dad managed to reverse over the head. They're not completely tangle free but they are so easy to untangle I got apple earphones for the first time in 5 years and now I understand why they invented Airpods because they couldn't steal Marley's cord idea. I'm pretty clumsy and reckless and the past week without them has made me feel genuinely lost. Love them, Love them. Love them. Just ordered a new pair.

They've only recently started to break down, which is understandable after 3 years of usage and more than one accidental cycle in the washing machine. They're also surprisingly noise-cancelling.

These are still my go to earbuds and I will continue to use them because of how comfortable and great they sound. Very few earbuds have well balanced bass like these do, generally it’ll either be overkill and obscure sound quality or it simply won’t thump enough but not the case with these! I only use these at the gym and a big reason why is I have small ear canals and these stay put without falling out! Two years later and it was still a great buying decision!

How long will a full charge last ?  How long to fully recharge?

Dear fabz, Please note that these headphones are wired so there is no charge time/play time, they will work as long as the device they are connected to has power and do not charge. Is there a way to get these to automatically switch off after a period of none use whilst still connected to Bluetooth? I often fall to sleep with them on, and even though nothing is playing they remain connected and run down the battery.

I have really small ears and ear canals, would these fit my ears?

I have small ear canals as well. However, the smallest size in this package did fit into my ears no problem. But if they end up being too big for you still, you can always buy a smaller size plastic in-ear piece for really cheap and swap it out. It's a universal size so you'll have no problem finding a match. On a side note, I LOVE these headphones! My old pair lasted me for almost seven years with no problems, and I'm not gentle on them either. I only had to buy them again recently because they broke by my own fault. I can't recommend them enough!

Hi what are the differences between this EM-JE041-MI, EM-JE041-SB and EM-JE041-RA?

Thank you for your question. The base model number for the earbuds is EM-JE014. The additional letters determine the color. EM-JE041-MI are Midnight, EM-JE041-SB are Signature Black, EM-JE041-RA are Rasta.

Thank you for your question. The mic cannot manually be turned on or off, they will be used automatically when siri/google is activated and for phone calls. The mic is the tiny hole on the other side of the marley button.
