Smile Jamaica Wireless Bluetooth In Ear Headphones is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 107.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked great when they were charged I got them a couple months ago and they worked great but then they started to cut out at random times when my phone was in my pocket. And now the charge only lasts an hour so at this point using them is pointless

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but can’t take calls on iPhone I needed some replacement wireless earphones for my beats and went straight to house of Marley for their sustainable materials and I’m really happy with the sound quality! The only thing is I can’t seem to take phone calls on the earphones which is odd considering there is a microphone within the device. Either way I’m happy but this failed feature may mean I reach for my apple earphones more than these when out and about

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought these headphones a week ago, they where working extremely well and I loved them. I used them every day for training and running but they randomly stopped working in one ear and I am extremely disappointed because I have only had them for a week. I take great care of them, don't tangle the wires or anything so I am upset that I can no longer use them...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good earphone Good quality sound although the max capacity of the volume is not as I expected (not high enough) ... only think I could complain about it is the way are design around the neck ... if I lie down at the gym this tend to slip off quite easily ... apart for that are some great earphones

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Durable I have had these earphones for 2 years now, and have had very little negative to say about them. I listen to quite loud hip hop music with the suitable eq coming from my phone, needless to say, I really give these earbuds a heavy bass beating at loud volume and have been doing so since day one. had a few incidents with them doing what seems to be clipping, which is always shocking, but overall my earbuds had held up very well to both a sound and material beating.

Q & A

How do i switch off this headset? Does is automatically stop after a certain time of non usage, if yes how many minutes? Or, does it simply stays switch on until the battery is completly discharged?

Asked by: Barbara
Hold the large button on the headset until you hear a powering down noise in the headphones.

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

Are these ideal for workout?

Asked by: Ollie14
Dear Ollie14, Yes the Smile Jamaica are suitable for workouts as the neckband helps to keep the headphones in place. However, we would also recommend our uprise wireless headphones as these have ear hooks which help keep your earphones in place even through the most intense workouts. https://www.thehouseofmarley.co.uk/headphones/in-ear-headphones/uprise-wireless-bluetooth-earphones.html Kind Regards, The House Of Marley Customer Services

Hi, I need a bluetooth wireless headphone set with a microphone for using with skype professionally. Would this be suitable?

Asked by: alex7777
The Smile Jamaica Wireless earphones are certainly capable of handling calls over a Bluetooth connection to a number of devices so should be fine for using with Skype on a compatible device.

I'm looking for bluetooth headphones to wear while out walking and jogging, cycling and doing house work - I'm a bit concerned that these might slip around or fall off - would they be suitable for me?

Asked by: Didi
For more active use, we recommend our UPRISE Bluetooth earphones which come with a range of ear fitments to customise your fit and are sweatproof for sports activities.

How do we check the battery status of the earphones?

Asked by: gandhi_rahul
Dear Gandhi_Rahul, There is no visual representation of the battery levels on this model. The head phones lower the sound briefly and give 2 short beeps, when the battery is about to run out. This happens 3 times before the battery expires with a couple of minutes between each warning, the battery lasts about 10 minutes from the first low battery warning. The headphones take 2 hours for a full charge from empty. Kind Regards, The House Of Marley Customer Services
