Smile Jamaica Wireless Bluetooth In Ear Headphones is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 102.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good earphone Good quality sound although the max capacity of the volume is not as I expected (not high enough) ... only think I could complain about it is the way are design around the neck ... if I lie down at the gym this tend to slip off quite easily ... apart for that are some great earphones

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Durable I have had these earphones for 2 years now, and have had very little negative to say about them. I listen to quite loud hip hop music with the suitable eq coming from my phone, needless to say, I really give these earbuds a heavy bass beating at loud volume and have been doing so since day one. had a few incidents with them doing what seems to be clipping, which is always shocking, but overall my earbuds had held up very well to both a sound and material beating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look and sound amazing Excellent design, was baught the Bluetooth head phones as a birthday gift and have done nothing but rave about them since! In fact I've had to buy the boy a pair for his birthday as he keeps borrowing mine they're that good !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for music, but not Skype Pairs well with Fairphone and Surface for listening to music. Works well enough for calls on Fairphone. But Bluetooth connection quality not sufficient to support Skype on Surface. To be fair, neither was my Sony Bluetooth headphone, which were 4 x the price! Perhaps the fault is on the Surface Bluetooth side? Overall, good value for money; I'm pleased with purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Compatible with Vivo Phones..... As Title says Not Compatible with My Vivo Phone, Connects Fine and can Listen to Tracks etc but when I receive a Call it don't ring in My Ear, Rings when connected to other phones just not the Vivo meaning compatibility issues as my LG Headphone also work fine. After Missing Several Calls I only realised people were ringing when the music stopped playing in my ear

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound Ive had these earbuds for the last 3 months and everything about them is amazing for the price the only thing i can complain about is the thicker wire that is tucked into the band keeps slipping out every time i wear it and it just irritates me to struggle to slip it back into place

Q & A

Just bought the earphones. Very happy with them, but is there a method of seeing the level remaining on the battery / is there a warning sign of the battery becoming dead?

Asked by: RhysKT
Dear RhysKT, There is unfortunately no visible indication of the battery level on these headphones. The Smile Jamaica Wireless headphones, lower the sound briefly and give 2 short beeps, when the battery is about to run out. It does this 3 times before the battery expires with a couple of minutes between each warning, the battery lasts about 10 minutes from the first low battery warning. Ive just bought these, how do you answer calls with it ? can you make calls ?

Asked by: vuz19
The central button on the controls allow you to answer calls. Holding the central button down for 2 seconds activates voice command (if enabled on your phone) or you can dial from the phone, as long as the headphones are paired and active the call will direct through them. There is a pictorial guide in your instruction booklet for the control button functions.

Is the neck band flexible? Could I put them in my jeans pocket?

Asked by: Alex92
Dear Alex92, Yes there is a certain amount of flexibility with the neck band. However we would not recommend placing them in your jeans pocket. Doing this over and over may effect the integrity of the band and cause the headphones to lose shape. This in turn would cause the neck band to move around and not sit properly when worn. Hi, I have bought these and they connect great with my iPhone. However I cannot view the battery life on the iPhone. Is this a glitch? Is there a specialist app I should use? Or do the headphones not support this? Many Thanks

Asked by: Chaz99

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.

By far my favourite Bluetooth headphones ever. Then one day they stopped working. No longer charge, no red indicator light. Won’t turn on. Is the battery life that short? Had them for about a year and a half. What can be done?
