Its very personal but I love the well balanced sound with good highs, mids and bass with no dominance of any of them unlike some makes. Very comfortable and the "pods" sit on the neck without any real weight and you forget they are there. Had a problem that one of the earbuds came apart but a touch of superglue put it back.

There is a place to secure the headphones so that the wires do not get tangled or damaged. Connecting was easy and the sound was amazing. These headphones cancel out all of the outside noise. And it also has a small satchel to put your headphones in. I love them!!!

Did a lot of research on eco-friendly wireless headphones and these came up best value, quality and practical design. I was suprised how good the quality is for bluetooth, They have an impressive dynamic range for small phones (not too bass-ey or tinn-ey). I love the design - built-in microphone so you can easily switch if a phone call comes through with a click of a button, perfect for when I'm cycling and suddenly get a call. It has bluetooth connectivity issues on my laptop, but I think that's a problem with the laptop not the phones, since it works perfectly with my iphone. Bluetooth range goes a long way (handy for on planes/buses, going to the bathroom wearing them means that I will hear if someone tries to steal my phone left in my seat!) Quick charging, LED indicates when fully charged. The neck brace is well-weighted to sit comfortably around your collarbone, and the earbuds tuck comfortably under a beanie in cold weather. I will be buying these as gifts for friends and family.

Are these compatible with mac and android devices?

These should work with any Bluetooth enabled device, although the volume control buttons are only supported by iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads.

This is the second pair of Marley blue tooth ear phones, which has gone from 9 hour charge time to approx. 3 and 1/2 hours. what is the problem.  What can I do?     The first pair stopped charging, and was replaced by the company.

I purchased these at an airport shop, so not returnable...exchangeable. They do not charge, the red light is only on for a minute then nothing after over 3 hours of charging. I didn't know there was to be a blue light, Haven't seen it. they do nothing.

Thank you for your question. The solid red light means that it's charging. The blinking red and blue light means that it is trying to connect to your Bluetooth device and the blinking blue light means that the earbuds are currently connected.

Hi, I bought my Earbuds two months ago, and I was running with it when it turns off. I thought that was a battery but wasn't. When charging the red light flash about 2 seconds e turn of 1 second but after the phone doesn't work. What's wrong?

I bought them a couple of months ago and I really love them but one month ago when I charge them the red light started to flashing no matter how long I left them connected and the duration went from 3-4 hours to 1 even less time :/ it's very frustrating

I listen my music whitout any problem but when I use my phone (receive or make a call) the BT connection disconnect.... if I try the reconnect I can, but 2-3 minutes after, loss BT connection again.... My model is SMILE JAMAICA thanks for the help

How can you tell when you've turned the headphones off properly? There is a blue blinking light but I'm assuming that's the Bluetooth.

The headphones may already be at a full charge. The red LED will turn off shortly after plugging in when the battery is full. You can turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 4 seconds. The headphones should then automatically enter pairing mode. If they still don't appear on your list of available devices, you can reset Bluetooth by holding both volume buttons for about 2 seconds.
