I go through many as I use them all the time working out outdoors driving etc..I never tried wireless ones and so glad that I did. The sound firstly is great. They fit great. I really like this earbuds, they are wireless, they come with a cable charger (no wall adapter), a manual, the earbuds (obviously), and a set of 3 different size ear gels. I got the color black and teal and they are absolutely beautiful. They have 3 buttons which are volume up, volume down and the middle which works for on/off calls (a least that’s what I use it for) and pause & play. The material is soft like silicon, it’s very flexible, they don’t hurt me or not I feel like they’re uncomfortable. They do charge fast and battery last me almost all day when using them constantly. So far I’ve been using them for 2 weeks and I really like them. The Bluetooth set up it’s really easy so I didn’t had any issues with that, overall this are great earbuds.

I cannot turn them on or off. After charging for 2 hours, it turns on after 4 seconds, then at the end of my session, they won’t turn off. Then, after only 10 minutes, they are drained of any life and have to be charged up again. Frustrated.

Just wondering, does the Uprise earphones come with different-size ear hooks? The hooks that came with my Uprise are quite large and make the fit rather loose. There were no smaller hooks included in the box.

Mic input volume seems to be very low... When I pair these with my iPhone 6s people can hardly hear me when I try to talk to them on the phone. I always have to disable them and just talk on the phone normally. Any way to fix this???

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend deleting any previous pairings of the earbuds. The earbuds will only connect to one device at a time. If you have other Bluetooth pairings on the phone, you may need to delete these pairings and pair the earbuds first, then reconnect the other devices.

Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 4 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If you still don't see them in available devices, try resetting Bluetooth by holding both volume buttons for about 2 seconds.
