The fit of the headphones is very good they dont hurt when you are wearing them for a long time. The Bluetooth connection is very good and stable and I like the way the it comes with a wire to bypass the Bluetooth connection just incase the battery dies. They are some of the best headphones I have purchased so far.

It came out that with this headphones you are gonna get premium experience for less money. Build quality is very-well, sound and basses are amazing. One thing which I find negative is that the earrings are a bit uncomfortable after a while (3-4 hours), but that is nothing you couldn’t use to after a while. I have really enjoyed this headphones so far and I recommend to buy you these headphones.

Q & A

Where is the microphone on this thing? I can't see it anywhere, and I can't get it to work. I used a testing application, which determined nothing was registering. I tried speaking all around the headset, and nothing came up.

Thank you for your question. the microphone is not on the headphones themselves, but on the detachable aux cable that they come with. You cannot use the microphone if the headphones are connected with Bluetooth.

I just purchased these headphones and it doesn't appear to come with a manual, just a little folding piece of paper with some diagrams. Are there videos or online tutorials or a real manual I can read?

I have charging problems. It doesn't have consistent power recharging after a few minutes after it is plugged, it stops charging the red light turns off.

I need more info, after the charging red light goes out; how long does the Bluetooth feature function? For example, my Positive Vibration 2 will run well over 7hrs on a single charge which I use everyday for running, gym, movies etc.

If the charge light only comes on for a second, this indicates that the headphones are fully charged. To pair with Bluetooth, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Then look in the Bluetooth settings on your device and you should be able to find the headphones there. If you are still having difficulty connecting your device, please call us at 1-888-251-1076 for further assistance.

Charging my headphones. Is there more then one way to charge my headphones other then through the USB port on my laptop.Can I for example use my Apple iPad charging adaptor?  When I plug them in the red light comes on and then a short time later goes out

The headphones can charge using any standard Micro USB charger. The battery may already be fully charged. Plugging them in when the battery is already full will show the red light only briefly, then turn off again.

I am not seeing a blue light nor am I able to connect the bluetooth. Red charge light is off when plugged in to headset so it should be fully charged. Nothing happens when I hold down center button or both volume buttons simultaneously. What now?

Thank you for your question. Press and hold the power button (Button between the + and -) then go into your Bluetooth settings on your device. You should see "Positive Vibration2 BT" come up. Press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons for 3-5 seconds to reset the Bluetooth on the headphones. Then try to connect them to your ipad.
