Although I had issues with the stress that it puts on my ears especially when wearing eyeglasses. At first months of use, I had difficult adjusting because it was too small for my head size. I suggest increasing the size and lessen the stress it puts on the head. Overall it was amazing!

Sound quality is brilliant, with no bleeding of my music, so I can happily wear these on a quiet train or in the library without worrying about distracting others. There has been no diminution of quality whilst I've owned them, and very little external wear-and-tear which is impressive considering how clumsy I am with them! My only thing would be that I couldn't wear them for more than a couple hours to begin with as they were a little uncomfortable, but as I've worn them in this problem has pretty much gone, and that there's no way of knowing how much battery you have left on the headphones before they die.

Perfect headphones for working, walking, running etc. Really comfortable on the ears even after wearing for hours. Really liked these as they are responsibly made and sourced. Great sound quality as well, blocks out a good amount of surrounding sound and not to big either! Would definitely recommend.

When I turn on the headphones, there’s a blue and red light that begin to flash. I cant make connection with bluetooth, nor can i find any instructions what the lights mean. Someone knows what’s the problem? Already charged it for two hours.
I have had that problem as well, though it seems to be a non-issue now. You may want to turn off all other bluetooth devices connected to your phone. I had several. Then turn the bluetooth back on (making sure no other devices are connected). Then hold the center button on the headphones until it blinks just blue. Sometimes it helps to have the headphones on while you are doing this. There will be a sound in the headphones to indicate it has been connected. I hope that helps!

I bought my headphone last month and it's not charging since i bought it. I tried several USBs, but the charging red light disappears after 30 sec. What should I do in this case?
I had the same problem, the first answer you get is to switch chargers however for me it was a Bluetooth problem. When I tried to connect them to my Bluetooth a blue and red light flashwd and on my phone it said unable to connect, so I thought it was the battery. When I tried to charge them, it would only stay on for a a minute or less. So I thought the chargers was the problem. Turns out to fix it I just had to take out all of my Bluetooth devices off my phone (by disconnecting it, “forget this device”) and then I managed to connect it. The battery was charged all along, which is why the red light turned off so quickly. Annoying, but fixable.

not used my headphones for 2 months, went to charge them and when i plug the charger in a red light appears but only for 30 seconds then it doesn’t continue charging. i switched phones during the 2 months so it isn’t in my bluetooth devices anymore...

Yes you can take calls wireless, but the background noise is significantly worse than if you use the microphone on the detachable wire.

How do I connect my iphone wirelessly to the headphones?

Yep! The Bluetooth still connects to your phone and I also used the aux lead to plug them into the plane’s entertainment system and they worked fine (American Airlines).
