Rated 5 out of 5 by WisWoman from Great tech that makes you feel good! I received my earbuds 2 weeks ago now and have been using them every day since. As context; I work in a shared home, so I am using these earbuds for 7+ hours each day. In the last 2 weeks, I've had to fully charge my case once. Amazing battery life, sound quality is also spot on. Some cons: - After 5+ hours of wearing them, your ears can get a little sore. This is to be expected though. I take a break from them for around 30 mins and we're good to go again. - You must pair it from scratch with each new device. For those of you who are looking for earbuds that you can quickly switch between devices - this may not be for you. - The touch sensors are hit and miss sometimes but really nice to have. Pros: - Sound quality is nice. Noise cancelling means you get the full experience and these tiny earbuds really do pack a sound punch. - They stay in! They come with a range of removable earbuds so spend time working out which works best for you. - The battery life is unreal. - They look really good. I was a little worried these may protrude too much, but I absolutely LOVE the way they look. - The best part - You don't feel bad about buying these. I would definitely recommend these over any others. Go, go get a pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jack from Great Headphones These are great quality headphones. I was worriwd at first that they kight be too heavy, but they fit in my ears great and feel like regular ear buds. The sound is awesome too, I can have them on the lowest volume where I'd need mid volume with other headphones I've used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gav68 from Really beautifully designed and crafted. I got these as I can't sleep at night and wanted something comfortable in my ears as I try to drift of to some ambient music. They are brilliant and can't fault them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MH13 from Great sound quality I bought this a fortnight ago and am overall extremely pleased with the product. However, consider how much use they will be getting before buying as there are other better-value for money options available

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nicole from Definitely Recommend Liberate Air is my first Bluetooth headset, at first I was hesitant on buying a pair after borrowing my sisters bluetooth (brand unknown) I had so many difficulties connecting. I am so glad I purchased these, I’ve never owned anything House of Marley until now. I usually stick to the headphones my devices supply but they broke. I did my research on so many different brands but this one topped them all. Firstly the price is great! I bought online and got next day delivery without paying any extra costs. They are super easy to connect to and swap between my IPad and Android Phone. The battery lasts forever. The sound is great I’ve watched movies played music and had phone calls and I cannot fault it. The shape is a little awkward at first but eventually getting used to it just after a couple of days. I am definitely happy with my purchase and would buy again in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Walshhhy from Excellent headphones! Look, sound and feel great! Being an avid House of Marley product owner I have been really pleased with these Bluetooth headphones following my recent purchase. The box presentation was exceptional. the look and feel of the craftmanship is excellent, really easy to set up and position. I also really enjoy reading the information cards about the great work HOM are doing for the environment and what recyclable materials have been used to create these headphones. I read reviews before purchasing and noticed some people have had issues with one headphone randomly disconnecting (usually the left). This happened to me during the first few minutes of using however, I found if I cleared my Bluetooth devices from my Bluetooth list on my device settings this stopped happening.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alex22 from Wonderful! These are some of the best earphones I have had! They are easy to set up and the sound is of a great quality. I love the fact that they use sustainable materials for their products (one of the main reasons for buying these), as well as the packaging that they come in. The charging case is compact so does not take up much space. A very sophisticated product!

How about the external sound? Do they remove external sound when they are off? Thanks
Hi! I would say they DO remove external sound well! I have evidence in 2 situations: 1) I cycle to music sometimes, and I have to have the earphones turned right down so I can still hear background noise!! 2) I ply in a band, and on occasion I have used the earpods as earplugs! They worked effectively!

Hi all! I already have a pair of Marley headphones which I am still very pleased of. But was thinking of buying the Liberait Air buds for sleeping as I have a loud snorer in the house. Are they comfy to sleep with?
Hi there, (1) noise (2) comfort. Regarding the (1) noise, they block it quite well. I usually have them on when my partner has a work related calls and is sitting on the other side of a table and I usually hear some buzz but not the exact words. The (2) comfort, gotta admit, I am not sleeping with them on, but they fit so well into my ear that I sometimes forget that I am wearing them. Hope this information provides enough support :) Have a nice day, M.

Hi , I bought this headphones, and suddenly one of them stop connecting to my phone or any Bluetooth device , is anything I can try to make it work ?
Try leaving them on charge for a bit to let them re sync... Im experiencing problems too at the moment. I think there is a minor circuitry error in my right ear piece...

hello, I have this product and was working very well! Couple of days ago they are no working the left earbud just flash one time and is impossible to pairing with my phone! Thanks a lot
Dear wilian, We are sorry to hear about your issue. In order to try to resolve this issue we would initially ask you to ensure that the case charger and earbuds are fully charged. We would also recommend attempting to charge using an alternative charging cable if it is not charging properly. First of all we would advise you to turn off all Bluetooth on the devices around, as well as forgetting the earbuds in the list of your Bluetooth devices. Once charged, please delete the paired devices by opening the Case and holding the Multi Function Button located on the left-hand side) for six seconds to clear memory. The LED lights will flash red and white and the memory will be cleared from the earbuds. We would then ask you to try to re-pair your earbuds using the steps below: • Open Case and Remove Buds • From the Bluetooth menu, select “Liberate Air L” or “Liberate Air R” to connect earbuds. • After connecting, there will be an additional pairing request for “Headset” (Liberate Air L or R.) • Accept request for additional pairing. • Earbuds will now be paired to device. Please note that should you encounter any issues with the above pairing process then we would recommend to try forgetting the earbuds from your list of Bluetooth devices on your phone/tablet as well as entering and exiting airplane/flight mode prior to attempting the pairing process. Please also check that even though it says only one is connected that the other one is not playing music as well normally even though it does not show on the Bluetooth list. If the issue occurs regardless of which device you are attempting to connect then we would advise you to ask the retailer for a replacement. Kind Regards, The House of Marley team

Is it possible to fast forward and playback songs using just one earbud? Thanks
You can skip forward but not fast forward with three taps on the right ear

Any thoughts on the touch system? I am used to simply click. And having to press 3 times to skip tracks, and 2 to pause and play? Seems a bit difficult 4 me, since I could easily pause a song rather than skiping it. (I think)
Yes, the touch option seems quite difficult and is not always working properly. But with some practice they do work and it is quite easy to skip a track. The only thing that I'm missing with the earbuds is the option to adjust the volume on the earbuds.

How long should I expect to wait for a replacement pair since the were non functional straight out of the box? I have already messaged and got what appears to be an automated response.
