Sound is too quiet
I just got these today in the mail and boy... the sound is quiet and not a lot of base. I have to turn the sound all the way up just to hear the base. I’m comparing these to the Positive Vibrations 2 wireless headphones (I have been using for over a year now). I have them side by side comparing sound. The positive vibrations 2 has a louder and clearer sound. Where as the XL is not as loud and the Bluetooth connecting chime sounds really bad in the XL. Its sad. I had bought the Positive Vibrations 2 wireless in the Copper color which is no longer available. Which is why i had bought the XL in Copper but the sound is VERY disappointing compared to Positive Vibrations 2 wireless. I would love if I could talk to someone to fix this problem.

Not what I expected from hom
When house of Marley first came out I got the get together box which I lost on a house fire and the first generation rebel ear phones. Which still work but I gave to my nephew. I purchased the copper style ones because of the look and I figured it would be the same quality as the previous items I’ve owned. Unfortunately it’s not. I haven’t even had them a year and they are already falling out on the right ear. The sound crackles like a blown car speaker. This is such a shame because I love the company and want to support them since they use recycled material and portions to plant trees ect. I will still support the company but I hope they go back to quality control and add more bass to they’re products. One heart one aim

Good value for money
I bought them 2 months ago and I'm satisfied!
Pros:
- Good sound quality
- Sturdy
- The battery lasts for long
- Quick charge
- Easy to use
- Very comfortable (10 hours a day without problems)
- Cancel some outside noise
- Sustainable materials!
Cons:
- Can't turn off the low battery beeping (beeps every 2 minutes, ugh)
- Sometimes have trouble connecting to PC with Windows 10 (however, that might be W10's fault)
- No battery indication on PC
- Can't get mic to work when calling on PC, but again, might be W10's fault
Absolutely would recommend!

Terrible Product
Windows 10 does not recognize the head phone when I plugged it into my desktop. I could not turn the headphones back on once i turned them off. I did not have the time to try to figure this out. It should be a plug and play but it not. I am bringing it back to Best Buy.

Excellent sound, easy to use and a good talk mic
The sound of the XL is like a much more expensive headphone. Its surprisingly well balanced, clear and open with not too heavy bass eq.
The controls are easy to use, though a separate power button ( $) would be much easier to operate.
The BT hookup is flawless.
The vocal mic operates MUCH better than my Audio Technica BT's. Talking provides the listener with a good clear sound.
The look of these is not bulky at all and was a big reason why I was willing to choose these...
I also ordered the positive vibration 2's which were also good but am choosing the XL's and requested a return.
They were a little slow in response to my request for the return but got to it when they could, very impressively.

Look nice, but not great for small heads
The headphones look beautiful and are well made. If you are female or have a small head, the band might be too big for you. I need the band to be an inch smaller. I’ve tied some fabric under the band to pad it out so it can rest on my head. When I use them with my laptop, they turn off randomly every 15-30 minutes or so, and the sound starts playing out loud from my laptop.

Change of sound?
These are alright for watching shows on but the other Marley over the ear wireless head phones have a much better sound than these. These have a very middle drive sound, whereas the others have a neutral sound. Don't know if this set of headphones are different or if Marley have reformatted the sound. Either way it would be nice to have consistently on all Marley products . Hopefully they haven't changed the sound

Overall, very pleased!
I bought this item about 2 weeks ago and I have not had any issues so far. They're very light and comfortable. They don't clamp down to your head. The nice big earpieces don't squash your ears. Also, the battery life is great, I wear them a few hours a day and they last a few days.
I will say I have some trouble pairing them to devices sometimes - the instructions aren't very clear. But once I've paired them the sound is good.

Love the comfort - color not what I expected
I bought the copper color, but it actually is much more of a pink. The box looks correct, like a coppery/brown/orange/sunburnt kind of color. There is no mistaking that the headphones I received are metallic pink.

Simple, sleek, great sound
Ever since I started working from home, I knew I was going to need over-ear headphones to drown out my barking down. I try to buy everything sustainably and black-owned and this company hit both targets. These headphones are simple, they look good, they're easy to connect, drown out my barking dog, and have great sound quality. I couldn't be happier!

Amazing sound
So far they're amazing. Being a music student I listen to a lot of classical music and it almost sounds live, they're brilliant. THe padding on the ears and the headband makes it so they can be worn for long periods of time without any discomfort either. Whilst they're not active noise cancelling they still block out a lot without having to have the sound too loud either, which of course is great for your hearing in the long term!

Terrible durability
If I could give it a minus star I would.
I got it as a gift 2 weeks ago. Keep it on my desk and use it while I'm working it goes in and out of its bag yesterday the left ear phone had broken off from the frame while taking it out of the bag. Called and was told that physical damage isnt under warranty. If they can't stand behind their product they shouldn't sell it!!

Headphone disconnects itself
Hi there, I just bought a pair a few days ago for webinars that I have to attend. . Problem is that we are working on Go To Webinars, and the headphones works wonderfully, except for disconnecting itself every 15 minutes or less. I tried it on Zoom also, and same problem. Listened to Youtube music for hours, no problem. Any advice? We did test it on my phone and then zoom meeting, and no problem, so suspect it may be a driver problem. Have Windows 10 on laptop.

All Round Banger
I bought these to replace my Positive Vibrations after the cable broke, and I use them both for mixing and general use. Overall they're fantastic headphones to have; the bluetooth is seamless, and if you're not a fan of that then the cable brings them back to normal. They'll last a long time as well since the cable can be replaced.
I was initially dissapointed that the sound was a bit boxy, with maybe a little too much low mid boost and a little presence missing, but an EQ fixes this so it's not a problem really. There's not a rediculous bass boost as well so the clarity is stunning.
I would recommend these for general listening as they're so comfortable and work exactly how they're supposed to, though if you're looking for mixing headphones I'd choose ones with a flatter response.

Perfect all around
I was afraid these headphones were going to be too big because of previous reviews since I’m a small person but they fit perfectly as they’re adjustable and the ear cups can completely cover my ears. The materials feel premium, from the metal cups to the cords, and they’re better quality than any other headphones I’ve had. I love the company’s values about sustainability and how it is a black-owned business, by Bob Marley’s son I believe. Support this company!!

Great sound, uncomfortable headband
Bought these to replace my old Positive Vibration 2 headphones. Sound is absolutely fantastic (if a little less bass-heavy - my Gregory Isaacs and dub albums need a little help from the EQ) but the headband isn't the most comfortable and gives me a headache after an hour or so. I was able to wear my old headphones for 3-4 hours on long car journeys. I was looking forward to using the wireless capabilities but I wasn't aware you couldn't use a UHQ Upscaler via bluetooth and I'm not prepared to lose any sound quality.

Agreed! Too big for a petite woman
Yesterday, I bought the pink version of this headphone and found that the size was too big for my head. I am just shy of 5'2 & my head is heartshaped/round but my ears are smallish I guess. The headband felt like they were going to fall off, the earpiece does not fit my ear at all, way too long, and resting on top of my ear, with a lot of space. they actually fit my bf's head better who is about 5'9, he didn't even have to extend the earphones down at all the band fit him perfectly. I wish they were made for smaller people too, but unfortunately they do not work. I have to return them & with it being the world of covid, it is a very difficult thing to do. I wish I had read the earlier comment about this, I would not have bought them.

Dancing round the house!
Had these for a few weeks now and so glad I bought them :) The bluetooth works even when I leave my phone in my bedroom and go all the way downstairs to the kitchen! I can wear them for hours on end without discomfort due to the soft foam around the ears (some people have said they aren't large enough to go completely around the ear, mine are fairly small so not an issue but something to bear in mind). These are my first pair of quality headphones, until now I've only used basic ~£20 ones, and the difference is huge so it's been like listening to all my favourite songs for the first time again! I can't compare these to other fancy studio headphones cause I've never tried them, but these are brilliant for me and House of Marley is the only audio company I've ever encountered that is this dedicated to sustainable materials and the environment!

Have just purchased Positive Vibration XL headphones. Documentation is terrible. Not sure the product is charging. Have plugged the USB charging cord into my computer and into my android charger. Red light comes on then off . . . ?
Same problem with my new set. Light comes on few a few seconds after plugging it in then goes off. Directions are perhaps the worst I have seen in my 20 year IT career, at least update your website with real documentation if you want to complete with the big companies.

Hello, I've purchased this Positive Vibration XL Bluetooth Headphones, however I cannot connect to bluetooth. Is there a way you can assist me in the process of connecting to my Samsung phone?
Thank you for your question. Once the headphones are fully charged, press and hold the power button to turn the headphones on. The LED indicator will flash red and blue when in pairing mode. Once in paring mode, open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select Positive Vibration XL.

When I'm connected to my laptop via bluetooth and using Zoom or FaceTime, the headphones turn themselves off after ~15 mins, like they don't recognize there's sound coming from the app. But everything looks fine in my audio settings. How can I fix this?
