Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound I had a pair of the Smile Jamaica wired version for a number of years and loved the sound. One side quit working and was in the process of switching over to a new phone that does not have headphone jack, so I ordered these. So far so good. I used them with my iPad and the sound was incredible, deep base like the wired version and I never had to put the iPad up to full volume to get them to crank, even after several IPAs :) I hope they last, because I read before I purchased that they fail after after a few months, but so far so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They make me smile! Got my Smile Jamaicas for X-mas and have been really happy with them for over a year! Never lose an earbud when I have to take one or both out while in my workshop, out & about, shopping, etc. Great battery life - I can charge it in a couple of hours and then listen while I work all day. Sound quality and controls are fantastic and make them easy to use. I can even acuratley find & push the buttons when I'm wearing winter gloves! The neck band is almost unnoticeable and I know exactly where the controls are (rather than having them swing around on a cord). After about 14 months of using them for several hours, 5-6 days/week the battery life is finally starting to decrease and I only get 2 or 3 hrs play time from a full charge. Considering how much I use them, this is absolutely expected and I will definitely replace them with the same. I love these earbuds!

I have had a very positive experience with another House of Marley product in the past, so I was anxious to give these a try. What I love the most about these earbuds is the quality of the sound. I have found these to be comfortable to wear and perfect for my day-to-day use. Ultimately, I think these are a great value!

I bought them a couple of months ago and I really love them but one month ago when I charge them the red light started to flashing no matter how long I left them connected and the duration went from 3-4 hours to 1 even less time :/ it's very frustrating

I listen my music whitout any problem but when I use my phone (receive or make a call) the BT connection disconnect.... if I try the reconnect I can, but 2-3 minutes after, loss BT connection again.... My model is SMILE JAMAICA thanks for the help

How can you tell when you've turned the headphones off properly? There is a blue blinking light but I'm assuming that's the Bluetooth.

You can turn the headphones off by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. There will be a tone when the headphones power down, and the LED will briefly turn red before turning off.

I bought mine at the airport as I forgot headphones. They wont charge, I cannot connect to BT, there is just a red light that turns on when I plug the charger in, but then it shuts off after 5 seconds. HELP~

The headphones may already be at a full charge. The red LED will turn off shortly after plugging in when the battery is full. You can turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 4 seconds. The headphones should then automatically enter pairing mode. If they still don't appear on your list of available devices, you can reset Bluetooth by holding both volume buttons for about 2 seconds. The microphone seems not to work. At least with my laptop (Windows 10) I cannot use the earphones for calls, e.g. skype or MS Teams. I have connected the sound (in and out) and selected it in teams and skype but it still doesn´t work. Thank you in advance

I’ve bought three pairs now, the first pair were great with no problems but there was no spring to keep them on my neck and they were lost. The last 2 pair have not lasted more than a week before the charging red light starts flashing and they won’t work.
