Customer Reviews

Stir It Up Turntable Record Player Built in Amp USB is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from No rival. No comparison. Having looked around for a record player which was affordable, looked great, sounded amazing there was little on offer. Then you get to the stir it up. Wonderfully made, ethically sourced, there are no recorded players for under £150 that are built this well. From its scripture down the arm. To the counter balance dial. The sound is crisp and pure. The only draw back is the switch to lift the arm feels cheap and a last minute thought. This aside the whole package is a credit to the house of marley

Rated 5 out of 5 by from purchased because of green credentials 3 items I`ve purchased a turntable headphones and blue tooth headphones. The turntable is great value good sound with new and my 40 year old vynals. I`ve used the blue tooth headphones every day on holiday when running for an hour a day with my I music player. An unbelievable sound quality. Only disapointment so far is only up to 3 hours play before charging the head phones

Rated 5 out of 5 by from House of Marley turntable We'll packaged, easy to set-up, looks good in wood finish, sound quality good for the price only downside is fabric dust cover. Other than that very good product for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound and good looks I was originally attracted to this turntable because of its environmental credentials and its physical appearance - I really liked the bamboo body. I then read a few audio reviews and was pleased that it came out well for its audio capabilities. I particularly like the fact that you can turn the pre-amp off. I'm not sure that I really like the fact that the turntable stops rotating at the end of a side, leaving the stylus pressing on the disc, but it just means I have to get up quickly at the end of a record.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look and equally great sound! Bought this a month ago to replace my midlevel audio technica, and absolutely love it! It sounds fabulous, has some great features, nearly no set up, easy to use I bought it along with one of H of M’s portable speakers and it is such a rich and clean sound. Highly recommend this turntable and thier speaker.

Q & A

Hi I am having an issue with my turntable. When I move the arm across to where the turntable would start it no longer will auto start? The belt is in situ and I have checked the voltage from the power supply is 12v. Any guidance? Many thanks.

Asked by: Lewis
Silly suggestion but... Have you tried setting the speed selector switch to off and then back to the required speed. I have found that if I leave the deck powered on but not used, then the auto start does not work until the deck has been switched off and on. Hope this helps

Which speakers would be best to use with it?

Asked by: BM91
Hi BM91, all our speakers are suitable to use with the turntable. We would recommend one of the Get Together speaker as they match well in term of design. Kind regards.

I plug in my earphones but every time I put them into my ears it’s so loud. How do you turn the music down?  It works perfectly and I love it. The earphone Jack is the only thing I’m having an issue, as I want to listen to music without it being loud

Asked by: Shannon
Dear Shannon, Unfortunately it is not possible to control the volume when using headphones. We have passed your feedback onto our development team for consideration with future models. Kind Regards, The House Of Marley Customer Services.
